Critical Illness

Accident Insurance

Over 50 events, such as fractures, dislocations, ambulance rides, and hospital admission, can be paid with cash benefits. Accidental death and dismemberment are also covered. Event if their employment status changes, the portable coverage allows them to retain the coverage at the same rates.

Hospital Indemnity

The group dental insurance provides cash benefits for your employees’ routine dental care, including cleaning, preventive care, X-rays, sealants, root canals and so on. Employees can also choose the dentists that they trust. Each covered procedure has a specified benefit amount, so your employees can know exactly what they get.

There are three options for your group to choose from, and the coverage year maximum will increase automatically. Credit can even be given towards the waiting period if the Aflac group dental coverage is replacing another group dental plan you have.

Disability Insurance

Every of us knows that the disability can easily drain our savings and cut off our income completely. You can help your employees plan for the uncertainty of the future by offering group disability insurance.

Aflac group disability insurance can help your employees get prepared for the unexpected accidents or injuries that would cause total or partial disability. In case of disability, they will be provided with income replacement of up to 50% of their salaries. Partial benefits are payable for certain pre-existing conditions, pregnancy for instance.

The maximum coverage amount for their spouses is $50,000, with a child term rider for dependent children. Cash value is built at a guaranteed rate of return. The medical exam is also easy as your employees are just asked about a few questions. Moreover, the premiums will never increase for the benefit amount selected.

    In addition to the policies mentioned in the article, I know Aflac also provides Hospital Intensive Care plan, which offers cash benefits for accidents or illnesses that result in an admission to a hospital intensive care unit. For instance, with this coverage, you can obtain cash benefits for the first 7 days in ICU, with an increased benefit for the next eight days.
